We had a day reflecting on our wonderful National Health Service on Wednesday. It was 75 years old.Our Wednesday bakers have made the most wonderful Cheesecake. With ginger nut base, topped off with mascarpone cheese, fresh strawberries and a sprinkling of Cadburys crumbled flake .... we've all had a little taste 🤫 as it looked soooo good !!👍 We've also had another trip out to Oakenshaw Community Wildlife Reserve - which was very interesting. Back at the Centre we've been outside and done a bit of fitness see you all tomorrow, have a great evening
